To receive a continuance, you must speak with the Court Clerk/Magistrate prior to the court date.
Some traffic violations may be paid prior to the court date. If applicable, payments may be made in person during regular business hours, by mail, by phone or online. Acceptable payment methods are cash, money order, certified check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. No personal checks accepted.
If paying in person, a guilty plea must be signed prior to processing the payment. The guilty plea is located on the back of the traffic citation or one can be printed for you at the time of payment. Anyone may bring the signed guilty plea and pay for you but only you can sign the guilty plea itself.

Cancel Water Services
If you would like to cancel your water services, please contact Donna Deese at 256-689-0436 and she will be happy to assist you.
Billing begins when the meter is set or unlocked. Since service is now available, a minimum bill will be charged each month even if there is no water usage. Meters are read and billed monthly, stating the amount due, the delinquent date and the delinquent amount. Bills are due upon receipt and delinquent after the 15th. Bills not paid by the delinquent date will be charged a 10% penalty. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, the meter will be locked; a collector will not come to the door to collect. After the meter is locked, the past due amount must be paid plus a $50 reconnect fee. This must be paid in cash, certified check or money order. A returned check is regarded as an unpaid bill. The customer will be charged a $35.00 service charge each time a check is returned.
